Jason Reid, Executive Producer/Director
Jason has worked in film and video production in Seattle, where he was born and raised, for the last 7 years. He attended the University of Washington and graduated with distinction in 2000 with a double major in Cinema Studies and Comparative Literature. He now owns his own production company, 2R Productions, and works with companies such as Microsoft, Costco, and Nordstrom regularly. In regards to creative projects, over the last 5 years he has amassed a large body of work consisting of a feature film, short narrative films, documentaries, and music videos, which he has produced, directed, and/or edited.

Ian Connors, Director of Photography/Associate Producer
For the past three years, Jason and Ian have worked on many projects together, just recently receiving three 2008 Telly awards for Critical 72, a short instructional film that Ian directed and Jason produced for Emmanuel Legacy Hospital. Ian received his training as a combat cameraman in the military for eight years. He has traveled and filmed all over the world, including Bosnia, Croatia, South Korea, Kuwait, and Iraq. He also studied filmmaking at Syracuse University and the Seattle Film Institute. He owns his own production company, 8Rivers Films, and has completed a number of large budget marketing and training videos, short documentaries, and narrative films. He has also documented several stories for the Discovery Channel and covered Northwest Medical Teams International in New Orleans during the Hurricane Katrina disaster.

Steve Hyde, Director/Associate Producer
Hyde is an award winning filmmaker with professional training in visual communication and project management from the University of Washington (MA 2004). His 2008 documentary Shikashika won five jury prize awards at international film festivals.

Darren Lund, Senior Editor
Darren Lund was born in Minnesota and raised in Seattle, Washington. After graduating from Dartmouth College, he lived in Japan for two years teaching English. For the last several years he has been working to combine his love of filmmaking with his love of music, producing concert videos for bands in the Seattle area. He is also working as an editor on locally produced films, and recently edited the kung-fu short, Master Vengeancer, that is now being distributed to international film festivals. Additionally he has worked in sports event production as a director and editor of live events, as well as a weekly highlights show.

Ken Reid, Associate Producer
Ken Reid began his career in the broadcast industry when he was only fifteen years old. He worked on the air in the studio and on location as a disc jockey and newscaster. He moved into engineering for a number of years before eventually working behind the scenes in both audio and video production. Portrait and scenic photography also became a specialty of his. After a number of years away from the industry, he has recently joined forces with his son, Jason Reid, producing a number of projects for his company 2R Productions.
